B20 was present at the “Capacitar 2018” Professional Training Summit in Buenos Aires on July 4th.
B20 Chair Daniel Funes de Rioja participated in the 3rd Professional Training Summit “capacitAR 2018” held at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in Buenos Aires. The meeting was organized by the German-Argentinian Chamber of Industry & Commerce (AHK) and partnered by B20, the Industrial Union of Argentina (UIA), W20 and CIPPEC, among others.
Present at the meeting were Guillermo Brinkmann (AHK Argentina President), George Mandelbaum (B20 Integrity & Compliance Chair, T20 Co-Chair, CIPPEC President), Sergio Kaufman (B20 Trade & Investment member and Accenture President), Javier Pastorino (Siemens CEO Argentina & Uruguay) and Roland Zey (Mercedes Benz Argentina President), among others.
The Summit focused on the future of work, employment, opportunities por public-private cooperation, digital and cultural transformation of professional training and the technological changes and demands of the labor market.
“Education and employment go together. We should undertake a true educational revolution to help people enter the labor market, the commitment to technology means being a competitive country and thus a developed country” said Daniel Funes de Rioja.
